ARCHERY HUNTS
Archery hunts are 6 full days. You will arrive the afternoon before your first day and leave the morning after your last day.
All meals and lodging are included in your hunt.
Field dressing and caping is also included.
We will drive you to your stand everyday.
Over the years we have switched out most of our lock-on stands for ladder stands. This is much safer and makes for a more comfortable sit.
Iowa archery season opens October 1st. We start our booking the last week in October to late November. If you would like to book a earlier spot feel free to contact us.
SAFETY HARNESSES ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES WHEN HUNTING. NO HARNESS, NO HUNT.
THERE IS A 500.00 WOUND FEE.
You have the option to donate your deer to the hush program or we can bone it out and freeze it for the trip home.
Iowa nonresident tags are on a points system it takes 3 or 4 points to draw a archery tag. WE ARE IN ZONE 4
All hunts require a booking deposit to secure dates.

GUN HUNTS
Gun hunts are 5 full days. You will arrive the afternoon before your first day and leave the morning after your last day.
All meals and lodging are included in your hunt.
Field dressing and caping is also included.
We will drive you to your stand everyday.
During gun season we hunt from box blinds or bale blinds.
You will also have the option of a heater, this is a very comfortable hunt.
Orange vest or coat is required.
A gun case is required for transportation.
Iowa has 3 gun seasons. Gun requirements.
1st Gun - shotguns, straight wall cartridge and muzzleloaders.
2nd Gun - shotguns, straight wall cartridge and muzzleloaders.
Late Muzzleloader - Muzzleloaders only.
Shotgun seasons start the first two Saturdays in December, please check the DNR calendar for exact dates.
Late muzzleloader season we start booking December 26th.
